Application Process
& Product Policy

Vendor Application:

  • All vendors, new and returning, are required to complete a vendor application for approval.

  • Please allow one to two weeks for your application to be reviewed.

  • Vendors are encouraged to apply early.

  • Applications are accepted year-round.

  • All vendors will receive a response to whether their application was approved, waitlisted, denied.

  • If your application is not approved, please refer to the Vendor Product Requirements and Policies below.

Product Policy & Requirements:

  • All products must be approved by the Market Master.

  • Vendors must meet all local, state and federal requirements.

  • “Flea Market” items are not acceptable.

  • Commercial items may not accepted into the market.

  • Products that are already well represented will not be accepted.

  • Items with swear words or vulgar content is not permitted. Acceptability is subject to the Market Master's discretion.

  • Weapons of any type, new, used or antique may NOT be sold.

  • Ammunition, fireworks, or other hazardous materials are NOT allowed.

  • Puppies and kittens may NOT be sold at the Market.

    The Market Master reserves the right to reject a vendor application if the goods or food items are not compatible with the overall concept of the Market, or the product mix currently offered at the Market.

Next Steps for Approved Vendors

Approved vendors will receive email notification with instructions on completing the next steps.

Complete & Submit Vendor Agreement

  • All approved vendors are required to complete the Vendor Agreement.

  • Food vendors must provide copies of any State required licenses, certifications, and/or proof of Cottage Food labels and packaging prior to attending the market.

  • Vendor Agreements and all applicable documents must be submitted prior to attending the market.

Review Market Rules and Guidelines

  • All vendors must review and agree to abide by Market Rules and Guidelines.

Submit Payment

  • Seasonal and weekly payments, and new vendor fees, must be submitted by due date or prior to attending the market.

2025 Market Rates & Payment

Weekly: Pay as you go.

  • $30 per day.

  • Due Wednesdays at noon.

  • Payments may be made online only.

  • Payments made after the deadline incur a $15 late fee.

Seasonal: Seasonal vendors receive a $5 daily discount & same spot prioritization.

  • Full Season (May 17 – Oct 4): $525

  • Early Season (May 17 – July 26): $275

  • Late Season (Aug 2 – Oct 4): $250

  • Must be paid in full by due date.

  • Payments made after the deadline incur a $30 late fee.

  • Payments accepted online or by check.

Attendance & Cancellation

Weekly Vendors:

  • Must declare attendance and submit payment by Wednesday at Noon

  • Last-minute notifications on Fridays are not accepted.

Space Limitations:

  • Irregular or new vendors that pay weekly may be declined if space if full or limited

Cancellation

  • All vendors are to give a 24 hour cancellation notice.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made.

Vendor Booths:

  • Each space is approximately 10x12 feet.

  • All set ups and displays are to stay within the assigned vendor space.

  • Vendors WILL be charged additional for occupying extra space.

  • Vendors may request multiple spaces; availability is not guaranteed.

  • Electrical sites are limited. Priority is given to food vendors, sensitive times, and services that require power.

  • Generators are not permitted without Market Master approval.

Set up:

  • Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, displays, and foul-weather gear.

  • Stakes and tent sides are not permitted.

  • Flags and banners require Market Master approval.

Booths & Set Up

Weather Policy

RAIN OR SHINE OPERATIONS

  • Vendors attending in bad weather do so at their own risk and are expected to remain for the entire market

  • Vendors who cancel due to weather will not receive a refund

  • In foul weather, some rules may be adjusted at the discretion of the Market Master

SEVERE WEATHER

  • In cases of severe weather the Market Master will decide if the market should be canceled

  • Cancellations will be announced on the public Facebook page and private Facebook Vendor Group
