DUAL TOURNAMENT - BROOMBALL & DODGEBALL
A beloved Port Austin tradition, the Broomball Tournament is a highlight of the Winter Carnival. Teams from near and far come together to compete for the coveted Broomball Trophy.
New in 2025! The Carnival will also feature a Dodgeball Tournament, rotating with the Broomball matches.
As the excitement continues throughout the day, spectators can enjoy the action and join in on additional games and contests.
Teams MUST pre-register by Wednesday, January 29.

POLAR BEAR DIP
Held by the village docks, brave souls can take the plunge into icy waters for the Polar Bear Dip. With safety paramount, divers from the Thumb Area Charter Captain Association stand ready, ensuring a secure environment for all.
MANUAL AUGER ICE DRILLING COMPETITION
New in 2025! Test your strength and skill in the Manual Auger Ice Drilling Competition! Contestants will be timed to determine who can drill the fastest ice fishing hole. Winner will be announced at 2pm on the Broomball Court.
Participants can pre-register or sign up the day of.
