BROOMBALL TOURNAMENT
A beloved Port Austin tradition, the Broomball Tournament is a highlight of the Winter Carnival. Teams from near and far come together to compete for the coveted Broomball Trophy.
As the excitement continues throughout the day, spectators can enjoy the action and join in on additional games and contests.
Participants MUST pre-register by Janurary 24th.

Take the Polar Bear Plunge!
POLAR BEAR DIP
Held by the village docks, brave souls can take the plunge into icy waters for the Polar Bear Dip. With safety paramount, divers from the Thumb Area Charter Captain Association stand ready, ensuring a secure environment for all.
Participants can pre-register or sign up the day of.
SNOWSUIT CORNHOLE
Cornhole returns to Winter Carnival with a wintery twist - Snowsuit Cornhole! Participants are encouraged to bundle up and come prepared for some cold-weather fun. The tournament will take place Saturday, January 31st, 2:00pm, at Simms at the Garfield Inn. $30 per team, and first place winners receive a $200 cash prize! Grab your snowsuit, gather your team, and enjoy this classic game, Winter Carnival style.
